den farbenpr\u00e4chtigsten V\u00f6geln unserer Heimat. Als Fischj\u00e4ger leben sie an Fl\u00fcssen, B\u00e4chen und Seen. <\/p>\n<p>Bei Eisv\u00f6geln ist der Mangel an geeigneten nat\u00fcrlichen Brutpl\u00e4tzen ein stark limitierender Faktor. Haben zu fr\u00fcheren Zeiten die Hochw\u00e4sser an den Fl\u00fcssen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig zu Uferabbr\u00fcchen mit sandigen Steilw\u00e4nden gef\u00fchrt, ist heute diese nat\u00fcrliche Entstehung nicht mehr m\u00f6glich, da beinahe alle gef\u00e4hrdeten Ufer befestigt sind. Neben aufgesch\u00fctteten und abgestochenen Sandw\u00e4nden gibt es auch diverse Nisthilfen, die die Brutr\u00f6hre bereits fertig anbieten.<\/p>\n<p>Der GAU e.V. hat an mehreren Stellen solche Brutpl\u00e4tze geschaffen, die auch zum Teil sehr erfolgreich von Eisv\u00f6geln genutzt werden. Die genauen Standorte dieser Brutpl\u00e4tze werden allerdings nicht ver\u00f6ffentlicht, um St\u00f6rungen z.B. durch unvorsichtige Beobachter oder Fotografen zu
